Pride 2009: Equal rights for everybody!

SF sees health as a public task, where we all must have the same opportunities.

• Everyone should have equal right to good health
• Health is a public responsibility - and we are opposed to tax-financed private health insurance
• We want strong preventive efforts - ex. against HIV and AIDS

SF is a strong supporter of EU expanding towards the east. With the expansion, the EU will be the driving force in the creation of security and cooperation in Europe. Instead of fighting, we want the people of Europe to create a civilized cooperation.

• We will work to ensure the rights won by homosexuals in Denmark will apply in all countries - even in countries that we want to join the EU in the future, ex. Turkey and the Balkan countries.
• It ought to be easy to take a girl- or boyfriend, over the border to another EU country, regardless of sexuality.
• We want to ensure that the working clause as we know in Denmark, including the conflict law, is preserved, and also applies to those EU citizens, who settle down to work in Denmark.

Concern for the victim always comes first for SF. Today, society seems all too often, to leave the injured behind.

• We will work to ensure that the police make efforts against hate crimes in the street.
• We want better trained police to deal with hate crimes, making it easier for victims to report hate crimes.
• We want to ensure that victims are helped, ex. psychological or the like.
